Phuket has a mild tropical climate with 2 seasons affected by monsoons. During high season (November-March) temperature can be somethere from 25ºC to 33ºC (75ºF to 90ºF) with no to little rain. Most rainy months are May and September-October - and still rains are short and you’ll see sun shining most part of the day.
Average wind speed near shore is 8-9 miles per hour (4-4.5 meters per second, 14-16km/h) makes Phuket perfect place for kite/windserfing.
